Since 2023, we have maintained ongoing involvement in this exciting development on behalf of Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP. We successfully delivered the fit-out of the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors of the building. Additionally, we have managed further phases, including the ground floor entrance reconfiguration and the installation of a new café, enhancing the building’s functionality and visitor experience.
