We were appointed as cost consultants to manage the delivery of upgrades to the Artist Dressing Rooms as part of the AO Arena redevelopment.

These enhancements were designed to support artist wellness during tours, improving comfort, functionality, and creating a restorative backstage environment for performers.

As part of our ongoing partnership with ASM Global, this project formed part of a wider programme of redevelopment works, including the delivery of a new VIP entrance, the Beautiful North super suite, and upgrading the Artist Green Room.
