The project team was appointed by BAC to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the internal refurbishment of the existing venue. Following significant repairs after the 2025 Grand Hall fire, the study focused on identifying opportunities to further enhance both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) spaces, while exploring sustainable solutions for the venue’s future.
