First opened in 1930, the Phoenix Theatre is a Grade II listed building rich in theatrical heritage. This project involved extensive cut-and-carve and fit-out works to transform existing retail units into a new, exclusive bar and dining space.
Delivered in conjunction with the arrival of Stranger Things: The First Shadow, the design enhances the overall theatre experience with a modern hospitality offering. A key element of the brief was the creation of new, fully accessible access between the bar and the theatre – seamlessly integrating functionality with the building’s historic fabric.
