This project saw the launch of The O2’s first self-serve bars, utilising Amazon’s cutting-edge Just Walk Out technology.
As frictionless payment systems become increasingly common across stadiums, arenas, and venues, this innovation is designed to reduce queue times, allowing guests to spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the show.
Working closely with AEG over the years, we have continuously supported the Real Estate team to look at redevelopment opportunities within the estate, such as this, as well as other projects, including upgrading the Artist Dressing Rooms, and the launch of the exclusive new members club, The NinetyThird.
