We’re proud to be acting as cost consultant for Theatro Technis on an exciting new chapter for this community venue in Camden.
Plans for a major redevelopment will see the theatre triple in size, establishing it as a new ‘Cypriot National Theatre’. The scheme will also introduce seven new residential units, alongside a community space and café.
The project will increase the main auditorium capacity from 120 to 300 seats and create two new performance spaces, significantly expanding the venue’s ability to host a broader range of performances.
