What We Do.

We have opened our doors in 2020 with an aim to provide quality services and innovative thinking to clients while ensuring that their specific needs are met.

We work closely and collaboratively with the client and project team in setting out, developing, and managing the project budget, from the early pre-contract cost stages through to delivery.

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

After graduating from Edinburgh Napier with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying, Stephen Doherty has worked for over 10 years as a cost consultant.

The experience Stephen has garnered over the years comes from working across a diverse range of sectors (both public and private) in Dublin, Edinburgh and London.

He has a very hands on approach to projects using his extensive knowledge and experience of cost consulting, sitting client side and offering strategic advice to deliver positive outcomes for clients.

Pre-Contract Cost Management

By aiming to understand more than just the brief, the early strategic advice we can provide will help our clients set up the project for success at the conceptual stage to ensure there are no surprises after the delivery stage.

We do this by helping our clients establish the project budgets and manage this throughout the design process.

Supply Chain Procurement.

Once the project budget has been developed through the design stages, we then use our experience in pre-qualification and selection of contractors for tendering.

This is done through the invitation to tender process with a full tender evaluation, reporting and preparation of contract documents.

Post Contract Cost Management.

Once the works have been procured, we provide a proactive and timely cost control of the project during construction.

This is done through monitoring the progress on site through valuations, change control processes, cost reporting and eventual final account agreement once the works have been completed.
